Lawrence A. Read
CEO

Lawrence Read is the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer of North American Lubricants Company (NALC) since 2001. Mr. Read is also Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Lube Management Corporation (LMC). LMC is the holding company of Oil Changer, Inc., one of the largest, independently owned quick lube chains in the United States.

Oil Changer is an Inc. 500 company and was selected as the 20th fastest growing privately held company in America. Mr. Read was also awarded the Entrepreneur of the Year Award sponsored by Merrill Lynch, Ernst & Young, and the University of California.

Mr. Read is a charter member of the AOCA. He has been a leading entrepreneur in the insurance industry, founding IRI Marketing in 1969 and held the position of President and Chairman of the Board until 1982. In 1979, he was named to "Who's Who" in the insurance industry. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Presidential Life Insurance Company in Nyack, New York.

Mr. Read is a graduate of Linfield College. He is married to his wife, Janet and has two sons, 26 years and 25 years. He resides in Alamo, California.

Shane A. Terry
President

Shane Terry is President of North American Lubricants Company (NALC). Shane has experience in all facets of the lubricant industry. During the last twelve-years Mr. Terry has held positions in operational management, logistics, sales, marketing and finance. He previously held the position of Vice President of Sales & Marketing for a large petroleum distributor in Northern California that served five western states through seven distribution facilities.

Mr. Terry has served on national distributor and manufacturer focus groups and was recently honored by his election to the board of directors for the Automotive Oil Change Association (AOCA) Mr. Terry’s commitment to excellence established a solid foundation to support our future growth.

Mr. Terry has one son 13 years and he has two daughters, 11 years and 4 years. He resides in Chandler, Arizona.

Charlie N. Pass
CFO

Charles Pass is Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and a member of the Board of Directors of North American Lubricants Company (NALC). Mr. Pass is also a principal Lube Management Corporation (LMC). Prior to joining LMC in 1989, Mr. Pass was Vice President of Finance and Administration for Milne Trucking Company, a subsidiary of Sun Carriers, commencing in 1985.

Mr. Pass is a Certified Public Accountant who has worked with several regional and national accounting firms. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accounts.

Mr. Pass graduated from the University of Delaware with a degree in accounting. He is married to his wife, Toni and has three sons, 37 years, 30 years and 27 years. He resides in Danville, California.

Kyle B. Read
VP Finance

Kyle Read is the Vice President of Finance at North American Lubricants.

He was the youngest Automotive Oil Change Association Certified Lube Technician in the country, getting certified at fourteen-years of age. Mr. Read grew up in the quick-lube industry working as a technician, and later in the corporate office, of a large independent chain in California.

Mr. Read graduated from Pepperdine University in 2004 with a BS Degree in Business Administration. He is single and resides in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Aaron Read
Distribution Sales Manager

Aaron Read is Distribution Sales Manager at North American Lubricants Company (NALC).

Mr. Read has literally grown up in the oil change industry where his family owned more than forty quick-lubes. He worked for the California based company since the age of fifteen. Mr. Read successfully introduced our aggressive program into numerous new markets and is a vital asset for our continued growth.

Mr. Read graduated from the University of Arizona in 2005 with a major in Political Science and Business Administration. He is single and resides in Scottsdale, Arizona.
